Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a QA Manager I to lead quality assurance across multiple sites and customers in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee the QA program, ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, GxP, etc.), and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3+ years in a regulated setting, supervisory experience, and a Bachelor degree. Travel and onsite work at multiple sites are possible with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent 4 years work experience, required
• Certification related to quality control, preferred
• 3+ years experience in a regulated environment OR ISO 9001 compliant or certified, required
• 1+ years of supervisory or management experience, required
• Manufacturing, Food, Life Sciences, or 3PL Industry experience, required
• Participation in successful standards organization registration in a complex environment
• Supervising or implementing quality control programs
• Knowledge of regulations such as FDA, GxPs, ATF, DEA, etc.
• Administrator of training in compliance to regulated standards

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality system maintenance and continuous improvement across site(s) and customers.
• Manage licenses, permits, and registrations processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with regards to products and services; report results to executive management.
• Validate systems and equipment where applicable; maintain change control processes.
• Hire, train, and develop quality associates.
• Monitor training and development for compliance.
• Collaborate with CI team on improvement activities/workshops.
• Review regulatory, customer and 3rd party audits; provide recommendations.
• Identify trends in QA metrics for the organization.
• Serve as primary customer contact for QA issues/initiatives.
• Develop, distribute and maintain regular management reports.
• Manage site suppliers and coordinate audits; act on findings.
• Provide business development support and represent DHL at customer events.
