Job summary

Mount Sinai is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to push our platform to the next level. The role requires 8+ years of Ranorex experience and involves leading QA efforts across Shreveport teams, designing BDD APIs, and bringing API testing telemetry into executive dashboards.

You will spearhead resilience spiking, integrate external and internal tools, and translate business requirements into concrete technical tasks while engaging stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Experience with API testing and related tools or frameworks.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical tasks.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proven QA process and test strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Design BDD APIs for cross-team use.
• Pull API testing telemetry into dashboards for leaders.
• Spike a resilience proof of concept when needed.
• Integrate third‑party services and internal tools into the stack.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and tasks.
• Present tradeoffs to technology stakeholders in clear terms.
