Responsibilities

• Lead the overall test strategy, planning, and execution for projects.
• Review requirements and workflows to ensure test coverage.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and testing documentation.
• Perform functional, regression, API, and performance testing.
• Track defects through resolution and coordinate with teams.
• Utilize ALM for requirements traceability and defect lifecycle.
• Analyze performance results and identify bottlenecks.
• Mentor junior QA members and collaborate across teams.
