Job summary

Standard Process is seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst to own API, integration, and end-to-end testing across enterprise and customer-facing applications. This hands-on role collaborates with Development, Product, business teams, and Quality Engineering to ensure systems and data work reliably across critical workflows.

Responsibilities include owning API test strategy, validating REST/SOAP services, and designing comprehensive test plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software quality assurance experience, including 3+ years of hands‑on API testing.
• Experience testing complex enterprise applications, integrations, and end‑to‑end business workflows.
• Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and Agile delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the API test strategy, coverage, execution, and maintenance.
• Design tests for REST and SOAP services using Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Translate business requirements into test plans, scenarios, and traceable coverage.
• Execute end-to-end, regression, smoke, exploratory, and release-readiness testing across workflows.
• Collaborate with developers to improve QA standards and CI/CD quality practices.
