Job summary

PPG Industries, Inc is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead a culture of quality across manufacturing facilities, owning the QMS from production floor to customer.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage audits and data systems (SAP, LIMS, ETQ Reliance), and develop a high-performance, onsite quality team. The role requires strong leadership, Six Sigma, and English proficiency; you will partner with operations, suppliers, and customers to ensure compliance and first-time quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of quality management experience.
• 3+ years of people management or supervisory experience.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Certified Lead Auditor (IATF; VDA preferred).
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Lead Quality Culture & Strategy by embedding QMS principles into daily plant culture.
• Promote Customer & Supplier Excellence by integrating CSRs and supplier requirements into the QMS.
• Lead performance measurement and data-driven quality improvements across the site.
• Oversee SAP, LIMS, ETQ Reliance data systems and internal audit program from planning to execution.
• Lead and develop a quality team, delivering training and accountability.
