Job summary

PPG is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to elevate quality across our manufacturing sites. You will champion the Quality Management System (QMS), embed quality into everyday operations, and ensure every process, product, and person reflects our unwavering commitment to customers.

You will lead on-site at multiple facilities, drive audits and governance, manage MOC and new product launches, and promote customer and supplier excellence by integrating CSRs and supplier quality requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or related field.
5+ years of quality management experience.
3+ years of people management or supervisory experience.
Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
Certified Lead Auditor (IATF; VDA preferred).
Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

Lead Quality Culture & Strategy, embedding QMS principles into daily plant culture and driving site-wide quality.
Promote Customer & Supplier Excellence by integrating CSRs and Supplier Quality Manual requirements and leading customer/supplier visits.
Drive Performance, Data & Continuous Improvement by measuring quality performance and enabling data-driven improvement programs across functions.
