Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to own and elevate the QA practice across the product lifecycle. You will set testing strategy, drive end‑to‑end coverage, and lead defect triage in collaboration with Product and Engineering.

Building a scalable automation approach is encouraged to reduce manual regression. You will partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure clear acceptance criteria, robust test data plans, and timely release readiness, while communicating quality risk in business terms

Qualifications

• Significant hands‑on experience in software quality assurance across functional, integration, regression, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Experience leading QA execution, mentoring testers, or acting as a senior/lead resource for quality outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and QAiscovery to release lifecycle.
• Ability to translate complex business workflows into thorough, risk‑based test coverage.
• Experience managing defects with effective triage with Product & Engineering.
• Working knowledge of test automation concepts, frameworks, and CI/CD practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate in fast‑moving settings.

Responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day QA practice and establish consistent expectations for test planning, execution, documentation, and release readiness.
• Ensure QA work begins as planned and promptly communicates delays, blockers, or scope gaps.
• Create transparency on testing progress, remaining scope, defects, risks, and release confidence.
• Lead QA team accountability for execution commitments and status reporting.
• Coach QA staff on testing discipline, risk‑based thinking, and root‑cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain test strategies for new features, integrations, and platform changes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners early to define test scenarios, data needs, and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate test data, environments, and dependencies for QA execution.
• Confirm end‑to‑end testability before business UAT.
• Apply risk‑based testing to prioritize high‑value scenarios.
