Job summary

Integra Partners seeks a QA Lead to oversee the quality assurance practice across product delivery. You will lead QA planning and execution, strengthen automation and regression coverage, coach QA teammates, and work with Product Owners and Engineering to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

You will create visibility into test readiness, progress, risk, and blockers, and own the QA operating discipline from test approaches to quality metrics and risk-based decisions for

Qualifications

• Hands-on QA leadership with delivery ownership.
• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery understanding.
• Proven ability to plan, execute, and report QA work.
• Experience in defect triage and remediation.
• Background in test automation strategy and implementation.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and automation tooling.
• Clear written and verbal communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day QA planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain test strategies for features and changes.
• Coordinate test data, environments, and dependencies.
• Drive end-to-end testing coverage including regression.
• Lead defect triage and ensure release readiness.
