Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in software QA across the full lifecycle.
• Experience leading QA execution and mentoring testers.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and QA role in discovery and release.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into risk-based test coverage.
• Experience managing defects and facilitating effective triage.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day QA planning and execution to ensure test readiness.
• Establish visibility into test progress, risks and blockers.
• Develop and maintain test strategies for features, integrations and platform changes.
• Coordinate test data, environments, and dependencies for QA execution.
• Coach QA team on testing discipline and risk-based thinking.
