Job summary

Integra Partners in the United States is seeking a QA Lead to own the day-to-day QA practice, define test strategies, and drive release readiness. You will collaborate with Product Owners and Engineering to ensure end-to-end coverage and risk-based testing across features and integrations.

Responsibilities include leading defect triage, coaching the QA team, and advancing automation within delivery pipelines.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience QA across functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
• Experience leading QA, mentoring testers, or senior/lead responsibilities.
• Strong Agile/Scrum understanding across discovery to release.
• Ability to translate workflows into risk-based test coverage.
• Experience defect management and triage with Product and Engineering.
• Familiar with automation concepts and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA, test planning, execution, documentation, and release readiness.
• Identify delays, blockers, data needs, or scope gaps and communicate promptly.
• Create transparency on testing status, defects, risks, and release confidence.
• Coach QA team on testing discipline, risk-based thinking, root-cause analysis.
• Lead defect triage with Product and Engineering and set release criteria.
• Develop and maintain test strategies for features, integrations, platform changes.
• Coordinate test data, environments, dependencies for QA.
• Ensure end-to-end coverage and critical workflow testing before UAT.
• Drive automation strategy and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Owners early to define scenarios and acceptance criteria.
