Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a QA Lead to oversee the quality assurance practice across product delivery, ensuring testability, timely execution, and transparent reporting. You will strengthen automation, coach QA team members, and partner with Product Owners and Engineering to embed quality throughout the software lifecycle.

The role requires leading QA planning, defining test approaches, maintaining quality metrics, driving defect triage, and escalating issues early to protect release quality.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on QA experience across functional/integration/regression testing.
• Experience leading QA execution, mentoring testers, and driving quality outcomes.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and QA throughout discovery through release.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day QA practice and establish test planning, execution, documentation, and release readiness.
• Identify and communicate delays, blockers, data needs, and scope gaps.
• Create transparency on what was tested, remaining risks, and release confidence.
• Coach QA on testing discipline, risk-based thinking, and root-cause analysis.
• Lead defect triage and ensure quality risk is communicated to leadership.
