Qualifications

• 8+ years in software testing, quality engineering, or test automation.
• Ownership of QA strategy and automation for large, integrated systems.
• Experience testing rules-driven, data-intensive or financial systems.
• Ability to lead testing across multiple teams without formal authority.
• Strong communication of quality risks, release readiness, and tradeoffs.
