Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of progressive software quality assurance experience.
• Experience leading QA initiatives and test efforts; prior lead experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and quality assurance principles.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops test plans and strategies based on business requirements.
• Leads QA across front-end, back-end, API, and mobile/desktop apps.
• Mentors QA engineers to raise technical skills and performance.
• Defines and tracks QA metrics and reports quality trends.
• Promotes best practices and process improvements across teams.
