Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy seeks a Manager, Quality Assurance, Data to lead the enterprise data QA function and mature it from scripting to formal test plans and regression coverage. You will partner with Data & Analytics and Governance to embed data validation across the lifecycle.

The role requires hands-on experience with data quality testing, cloud platforms, and building a scalable QA program in a healthcare data environment. Hybrid, Pittsburgh-based position.

Qualifications

• 7+ years QA experience, with 3+ years in data quality or analytics QA.
• Move from ad-hoc scripting to formal test plans and regression coverage.
• Hands-on with data quality tooling (Great Expectations, dbt tests, Soda).
• Familiar with data quality dimensions and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Owns data QA strategy, test planning standards, and execution methodology.
• Define data quality validation checkpoints in ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
• Lead development and execution of formal test suites for data pipelines.
• Manage defect tracking, escalation thresholds, and root-cause review cadence.
