The ideal candidate will have strong QA methods knowledge, experience with AI-driven testing, SQL, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver reliable digital solutions for the pharmacy team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 6+ years in software quality assurance with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and metrics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with AI concepts in software testing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and oversees QA plans, strategies, and test cases.
• Monitors QA processes to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Promotes QA standards and best practices across teams.
• Leads testing for front-end, back-end, API across platforms.
• Mentors QA engineers and drives testing maturity.
• Defines QA metrics and reports quality trends to stakeholders.
• Leads automated testing for desktop and mobile apps using AI tools.
