Job summary

PANTHERx Rare Pharmacy is seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Lead to drive software quality across our technology portfolio and support the delivery of exceptional digital experiences for our Specialty Pharmacy team.

This role blends hands‑on testing with leadership, mentoring QA engineers, establishing testing standards, and promoting AI‑assisted testing to improve coverage and reliability across desktop and web solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related technical field.
Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in software quality assurance, with demonstrated experience leading QA initiatives.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and QA principles.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience mentoring QA engineers and driving quality metrics.

Responsibilities

Develops test plans, strategies, and test cases based on requirements.
Monitors and guides QA processes to ensure high-quality software.
Promotes QA standards, processes, and best practices across testing lifecycle.
Leads testing for front-end, back-end, and API across desktop and mobile/web.
Develops and reviews SQL queries for test data validation.
Leads automation testing for desktop and mobile/web applications with AI-driven tools.
