Job summary

Large Healthcare Organization is seeking a seasoned QA Test Lead to drive UI and API automation across a fast-paced Agile environment. The role focuses on modern QA practices, building scalable automation frameworks in Java or Python, and leveraging AI-assisted tools to accelerate test development.

The ideal candidate will lead test strategy, mentor engineers, and own quality delivery while proactively identifying risks and gaps during requirements gathering.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of hands-on QA experience across UI, API, and end-to-end testing.
• 5+ years of strong programming experience in Java or Python for automation development.
• 5+ years of expert-level UI test automation with Selenium WebDriver.
• 5+ years of advanced API automation using Rest Assured or similar frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience building and maintaining automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Pytest).
• 5+ years of SQL experience for backend data validation.
• 3+ years of experience with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
• 1+ year of hands-on experience using AI tools (GitHub Copilot) for code generation, refactoring, or QA optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define test strategies and standards for UI and API automation.
• Lead automation initiatives and drive delivery of automation frameworks.
