Job summary

Foundation Health, an AI-native pharmacy infrastructure company, is seeking a QA engineer who will ensure safe, reliable delivery of AI-powered features. You'll own regression testing, UAT with external healthcare clients, and build tooling to automate validation.

The role emphasizes hands-on testing of non-deterministic AI outputs, development of data generators, and collaboration with engineering to scale a live enterprise platform across the US.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in QA or software testing, with real depth on web apps and APIs.
• Strong Playwright skills and good judgement about when to automate versus manual testing.
• Solid manual and UAT experience, including running UAT with external clients or providers.
• Enterprise product experience - you know what's at stake when something breaks.
• Already using AI tools day-to-day, or direct experience testing AI-powered products.

Responsibilities

• Write tooling for test data generators and evaluating AI outputs.
• Develop MCP servers wired into our stack and create internal agents for repetitive tasks.
• Lead end-to-end QA with external healthcare clients and ensure safe AI deployment.
