Job summary

KoiReader is seeking a high-caliber QA Lead to define the quality bar for mission-critical AI systems across mobile, desktop, and edge devices. You will architect automation frameworks, lead a team, and ensure robust test coverage from design to production.

The role emphasizes data-driven quality metrics, GO/NO-GO release decisions, and close collaboration with product, AI researchers, and DevOps to embed testing into CI/CD. Experience in CV/AI testing and cross-platform validation is essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive QA leadership experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience testing AI/ML/Computer Vision models and pipelines.
• Strong ability to define data-driven QA metrics and dashboards.
• Proven track record in building scalable automation across mobile, web, and API layers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an end-to-end QA roadmap aligned with rapid product delivery.
• Architect and maintain modular automation frameworks across Mobile, Web, and backend APIs.
• Lead validation for Computer Vision and Generative AI models with robust test strategies.
• Perform RCA on defects and drive data-driven quality decisions.
• Own the Go/No-Go decision for production releases and CI/CD integration.
• Define and report QA KPIs with visibility dashboards.
• Collaborate with Product, AI researchers, and System Architects early in SDLC.
