Job summary
Jobtailor is seeking an experienced QA leader to oversee quality assurance for FMBT interface development and testing. You will coordinate test execution, manage defects, conduct quality reviews, and provide release readiness inputs to ensure interfaces meet approved requirements and documentation standards.
The role requires strong collaboration with developers, testers, Scrum Masters, product owners, and release teams, plus experience in Agile/SAFe environments and VA/federal program contexts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of quality assurance or software testing experience.
- Experience leading QA activities across Agile development teams or system integration efforts.
- Experience managing defect lifecycle activities, quality reviews, test execution tracking, and release readiness inputs.
- Experience reviewing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, test results, and traceability artifacts.
- Experience coordinating with developers, testers, Scrum Masters, product owners, and release teams.
- Ability to obtain and maintain VA access.
- Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments.
- Experience supporting Federal IT programs preferred.
