Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Lead Test Engineer capable of designing and directing comprehensive system test programs from requirements to evaluations in a regulated environment. The role emphasizes coordination of multi-team testing efforts and rigorous analysis to ensure complete test coverage.

Requirements include advanced certification track and the ability to obtain/maintain final clearance, with availability for 1st shift at our Newport News, VA site. U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Synthesizes customer requirements within technical and cost constraints.
• Strong analytical skills for evaluating system-level performance.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions while acknowledging technical, schedule, and cost constraints.
• Develop and direct preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for completing systems.
• Coordinate integrated testing activities.
• Review and evaluate test requirements to ensure completeness of the test program.
• Perform technical analysis of complete systems.
• Prepare comprehensive system-level evaluations.
