Job summary

Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking a Quality Technician to join our 24/7 manufacturing team. You will collect samples from production lines, perform physical and microbiological testing, and ensure results meet established specifications.

This role supports dairy products from raw ingredients to finished goods, requires attention to detail and adherence to SOPs, HACCP, and QA/QC practices. Competitive pay and development opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; associates preferred in Food/Dairy.
• Experience with food quality specs and process control.
• Advanced quality/food safety training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect samples from production lines and test according to guidelines.
• Perform microbiological testing of dairy products and interpret results.
• Identify out-of-spec results and report per protocol.
