Job summary

Saputo USA is hiring a quality technician to perform sampling and analytical testing of raw ingredients, packaging materials, and finished dairy products. You will follow guidelines, apply results, and communicate out-of-spec findings.

This role supports 24/7 production with flexible shifts and a focus on food safety and quality integrity. Required is a High School Diploma (Associate preferred) and experience with QA/QC, SOPs, HACCP, and GMP protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Associate in Food/Dairy preferred.
• Experience with QA/QC, SOPs, HACCP, GMP protocols.
• Understanding of food safety specifications and process control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collect samples from raw ingredients, packaging and finished dairy products.
• Perform physical analytics and microbiological sampling per guidelines.
• Identify and communicate out-of-spec results and follow notification protocols.
• Routinely collect product samples from production lines as testing requirements dictate.
