HEARTLAND FABRICATION LLC is seeking a QA Inspector to perform quality assurance inspections and NDT, collect data, and report results. You will verify dimensions, welds, and conformance to drawings while promoting shop floor safety and continuous improvement across production areas.

The role requires reading engineering drawings, maintaining calibration records, and communicating test outcomes to cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of QA inspection experience preferred.
• Current Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or ability to obtain certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Inspect incoming materials, in-process work, and finished products.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, inspection plans, and specifications.
• Document inspection results in reports and quality records.
• Maintain calibration records and equipment as required.
• Communicate findings and nonconformances to production and quality teams.
• Escalate significant quality issues to appropriate personnel.
