Job summary

10Pearls is seeking a QA/Testing professional in the United States to develop and execute test plans for Amazon Connect contact flows, IVR, and routing. You will validate Lambda functions, perform functional/regression testing, and coordinate UAT with business and contact center stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of QA/testing experience.
• QA/testing background on AWS Connect or similar call center platforms.
• Familiarity with AWS Lambda.
• Able to work Central time hours, including remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for Amazon Connect flows, IVR, routing profiles, and queues.
• Validate AWS Lambda functions integrated into Connect flows.
• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing across releases and config changes.
• Identify, document, and track defects with the development team.
• Support UAT, coordinating with stakeholders to validate changes.
• Monitor call handling, routing accuracy, and post-deployment behavior.
