Job summary

Dave Jones, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking a QA Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for General Contractors and Builder customers within our Quality Assurance Segment. You will provide accurate information about services and guide customers through requests while building trust with clients.

This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and experience in customer service;

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and builder portals with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information regarding services and assist customers in placing requests.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide seamless service.
• Coordinate with our service technicians to ensure first call completion success
