Dave Jones is seeking a QA Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for General Contractors and Builder customers in the Quality Assurance segment. You will provide accurate information about services, assist with requests, and help resolve issues while maintaining detailed records.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with an hourly wage between $23.00 and $26.00 based on experience. Health insurance, 401k, and other benefits are included.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsabilidades

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and builder portals with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information and assist customers in placing requests.
• Resolve customer issues to enhance satisfaction and maintain records of interactions.
• Coordinate with service technicians for first call completion and seamless service.
