Dave Jones in Madison, WI is seeking a QA Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for General Contractors and Builder customers within the Quality Assurance Segment, delivering excellent support and information about services.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, maintain records, and coordinate with service techs to ensure first-call resolution, with a Monday–Friday schedule 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and builder portals with professionalism and courtesy.
• Provide accurate information regarding services and assist customers in placing requests.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with various departments to provide seamless service.
• Coordinate with our service technicians to ensure first call completion success.
