Job summary

The role develops, maintains, and monitors processes to ensure state and federal regulatory alignment. The QA Coordinator partners with the Residential Director and program managers to prepare for reviews, maintain policies, and monitor safety and regulatory adherence across STAR's housing services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Previous supervisory experience in a residential or related human services setting.
• Familiarity with Connecticut Department of Developmental Services requirements preferred.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple responsibilities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality and compliance across Residential Services programs.
