Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in the USA Northlake site seeks a Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead quality programs in the warehouse, support ISO activities, and align with the company's mission and client expectations.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage audits and change controls, train staff, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2008 standards while delivering safe, efficient operations across the site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisor experience in logistics/warehousing.
• Experience in safety observations/inspections and compliance strategies.
• Knowledge of safety and health management systems and practices.
• Preferred: forklift certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; RF scanners and WMS familiarity.
• English language skills (reading, writing, verbal) required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with international, industry, and customer-quality standards.
• Lead and perform root cause analyses for product/service issues.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and maintain the audit system.
• Support quality systems documentation and change control processes.
• Develop and deliver training on quality systems and topics.
• Drive continuous improvement programs and quality metrics reporting.
• Oversee document control, records management, and trend reporting.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance within warehouse operations.
• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff and activities.
