Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Team Lead, Quality in Dallas, USA. The role oversees safety and quality programs, ensuring compliance with SOPs, safety rules, and OSHA/MSDS standards while supporting the Supervisor.

You will manage document control, audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement projects to elevate overall quality and efficiency across the warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to handle basic statistical control methods.
• Must have previous Inventory experience.
• Current or previous experience with Quality Management System.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the Document Control Center and records for the Quality System.
• Support internal audits, QMS/QIS activities and corrective actions.
• Update quality procedures, work instructions and client documentation.
• Generate and review control charts and quality metrics.
• Coordinate with Supervisor to improve employee performance and service quality.
• Perform plant tours to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Ensure timely distribution of weekly triggers and supplier communications.
