Qualifications

• Must have quality assurance knowledge and methodologies.
• 2-3 years experience in QA within transportation/logistics.
• Experience managing audits and implementing corrective actions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures for transportation and logistics operations.
• Monitor compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to address non-conformances.
• Review and approve quality-related documentation, such as SOPs and work instructions.
• Analyze data and implement improvements to processes and procedures.
• Train employees on quality assurance procedures and standards.
• Communicate with customers and regulatory agencies as necessary to ensure compliance.
• Develop and manage quality metrics and KPIs.
