Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor to ensure our transportation and logistics operations meet industry standards and customer requirements.

The role involves developing QA procedures, managing audits, training staff, and driving continuous improvement; requires 2–3 years QA experience in logistics, a high school diploma, and preferably a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field may be preferred.
• 2-3 years of quality assurance experience in transportation and logistics.
• Experience managing audits and implementing corrective actions is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of QA principles, practices, and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to transportation and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures for transportation and logistics operations.
• Monitor compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
• Develop and implement corrective actions to address non-conformances.
• Review and approve quality-related documentation, such as SOPs and work instructions.
• Analyze data and implement improvements to processes and procedures.
• Train employees on quality assurance procedures and standards.
• Communicate with customers and regulatory agencies as necessary to ensure compliance.
