Job summary

Premier Community Supports, LLC seeks a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to uphold compliance and quality across in-home and community services in Grants Pass, OR. You will work with the QA Manager to maintain policies and improve outcomes for Individuals supported.

Ideal candidates are analytical, organized, and dedicated to high standards in human services, with experience in documentation, EVV, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
One year of experience in human services preferred.
Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
Background checks and trainings required including CPR/First Aid and Oregon OS training.

Responsibilities

Audit records to ensure PCS policy and regulatory compliance.
Identify deficiencies and recommend corrective actions.
Review reports and document results to support QA.
Audit protocols and safety plans annually.
Support training of QA staff and PCS staff.
