Dairy Farmers of America, Inc. is seeking a supervisor to lead the quality assurance and laboratory teams, ensuring products meet top food safety and quality standards. You will guide QA programs, mentor staff, and collaborate with operations to drive improvements and compliance.

You will supervise daily QA activities, support regulatory and customer audits, and promote a culture of continuous quality improvement across the facility in Vermont. Strong leadership and GMP knowledge are required.

Competenze

• Undergraduate degree in food science or related field.
• 2–5 years QA, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Certification in PCQI, HACCP, SQF Practitioner preferred.

• Provide supervision to QA and lab staff to meet food safety and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain quality programs and ensure regulatory compliance.
