Job summary

Volunteers of America Colorado seeks a QA Analyst to ensure licensing and Head Start compliance across residential, youth and employment services. You will monitor site operations, review staff files, health and safety logs, and billing records, while aligning with funding requirements and agency policy.

You will compile data, generate regular reports, and train staff to improve data quality and program effectiveness, with travel across the Denver area included.

Qualifications

• Data compilation, auditing, and interpretation of data for compliance.
• Knowledge of state and federal standards for Head Start centers.
• Background checks completed within 30 days of hire; first aid/AED/CPR readiness.
• Colorado driver’s license and state-mandated auto insurance; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and random compliance monitoring of sites and files.
• Determine training needs; coordinate staff training and support problem solving.
• Provide data on deficiencies to leadership and support program improvements.
• Compile, analyze, and communicate program data to inform development and compliance.
• Attend orientations, trainings, meetings, and community events; maintain professionalism.
• Deliver trainings to improve data collection efficiency and quality.
• Provide technical assistance and participate in QA of program effectiveness.
• Prepare grants and program reports; monitor service provision from outreach to exit.
