Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in QA or a related field.
• Experience collecting, dissecting, and analyzing data.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze large amounts of data supporting informed decisions.
• Technical experience within Enterprise systems.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy working with multiple forms of data.
• Advanced problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task, perform well, and execute within deadlines.
• Natural curiosity and a passion for exploring new technologies and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor test cases, ensuring alignment with functional and technical requirements.
• Apply established quality assurance methodologies to identify, document, communicate and construct solutions for defects, inconsistencies, and system anomalies.
• Analyze and compile test results and statistical data to support root cause analysis and performance benchmarking.
• Recommend and support the implementation of corrective actions based on findings from testing and user feedback.
• Evaluate products and services for quality, performance, functionality, and reliability.
• Adhere to and promote organizational QA protocols and testing standards.
• Log, track, and report software bugs and issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all QA activities, processes, and testing scenarios.
• Provide technical support by responding to system-related inquiries and resolving issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop user-facing training materials as needed.
• Write role-specific release notes after each release cycle.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
