Job summary

City Wide Franchise seeks a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure software and enterprise systems meet business requirements and quality standards throughout the delivery lifecycle. You will partner with stakeholders to design tests, validate requirements, and manage defects to support successful deployments.

The role emphasizes test planning, data validation, and continuous improvement with potential automation where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Three or more years of experience in software quality assurance, software testing, or business systems testing.
• QA certification (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.
• Understand SDLC and QA best practices; translate requirements into test cases.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience testing web-based and enterprise apps, documenting defects, and writing test plans/tests.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or enterprise platforms; SQL for data validation; API testing tools (Postman) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements to ensure they are complete, clear, and testable.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, scripts, and docs.
• Execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Conduct post-deployment validation and smoke testing.
• Identify gaps and quality risks; ensure measurable acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate to support UAT and testing readiness.
• Validate data across interfaces and reporting outputs.
• Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and consider automation.
