Prolink is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Analyst to join its Information Technology team. You will test software, websites, and systems to ensure they meet standards, execute test cases, and document defects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has an associate degree, 2+ years of QA experience, advanced Excel skills, and a passion for data-driven testing and continuous learning in enterprise environments.

JobSummary

The Quality Assurance Analyst position is within Prolink’s Information Technology department and partners with key stakeholders to test and evaluate software, websites, systems and similar products to ensure they meet organizational standards. This position will be responsible for executing tests and processes to ensure project objectives are met. The ideal candidate will possess an innate desire to understand how systems work, investigate issues thoroughly, and continuously seek opportunities for learning and development.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor test cases, ensuring alignment with functional and technical requirements

Requirements

• Experience working with Workday, Microsoft Dynamics, PowerBI, and/or Freshworks
