Job summary

Certifi, Inc. is seeking a resilient QA Analyst to ensure the quality and reliability of our software. The role focuses on rigorous testing of changes, supporting QA teammates, and coordinating with multiple teams to improve workflow predictability.

On-site in Minneapolis, with an emphasis on collaboration and adaptability. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in QA, knowledge of QA methodologies, and basic SQL/web testing skills.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in a QA role or equivalent experience.
• Familiar with QA tools and defect tracking systems.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and SDLC.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and web testing.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on product changes.
• Identify, document, and track defects using the tracking system.
• Verify fixes and perform re-testing as needed.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for release testing.
• Collaborate with development and QA team members on testing status.
