Job summary

Kimball Midwest, a Columbus, Ohio–based national distributor, is seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator for our on-site Corporate Office in Columbus. You will work with QA specialists and management to resolve product quality issues, manage customer concerns, and handle communications within the QA group.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely follow-up, and documentation. Applicants should have 2-3 years of customer service experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to type accurately and quickly.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with QA team to resolve product quality issues.
• Document and manage incoming product concerns using Cases.
• Answer Tier 2 escalated calls and respond to QA emails.
• Process UPS return labels and No Charge replacements.
• Support stock checks and communication related to vendor files.
