Job summary

Culture Amp, the world’s leading employee experience platform, is seeking a seasoned GTM Systems Architect to own the Q2C stack end-to-end. You’ll design the solution, implement complex CPQ/CLM components, and partner with Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to ensure business needs are met.

You’ll lead hands-on work across Salesforce, DealHub CPQ, DocuSign CLM, and downstream systems, while mentoring the GTM Systems team and driving architecture across multi-quarter initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a senior systems role in a fast-paced enterprise SaaS environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Q2C solutions end to end across Salesforce, DealHub CPQ, DocuSign CLM and downstream systems.
• Lead hands-on implementation of the most complex Q2C workstreams.
• Be the primary technical partner for Deal Desk, Finance, P&P and Legal.
• Drive the Q2C roadmap with stakeholders across multi-quarter programs.
• Eliminate technical debt by enforcing design standards.
• Mentor teammates on Q2C best practices.
