Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Python Full-Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications across front-end and back-end. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

The role emphasizes building scalable web apps with Python frameworks, RESTful APIs, front-end interfaces, and cloud/on-prem deployment. A strong focus on performance, security, and collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Python frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in front-end tech: HTML5, CSS3, React/Angular/Vue.js.
• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).
• G**it and collaborative development workflows; understanding of SDLC and DevOps practices.
• Security, performance optimization, and debugging proficiency.

We are seeking a skilled Python Full-Stack Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications across both the front-end and back-end. You will work closely with product managers, designers, QA engineers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $95k - $105k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies, including:HTML5

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks such as pytest, unittest, or Jest.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Experience working with microservices and distributed systems.
