We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Full Stack Developer with expertise in building and supporting large-scale enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on experience in Java, Spring Boot, React, Microservices, Cloud Technologies, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development tools. This role requires technical leadership, application design expertise, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration across cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure business solutions.
The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $110/year & benefits (see below).
Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Agent Mode, Claude Code, or similar AI coding assistants.
Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
Exposure to enterprise application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
Relevant cloud or Java certifications are a plus.
