Job summary

Synechron is seeking a Java Full Stack Developer with Python to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and enterprise software solutions in Charlotte, NC. The role emphasizes backend expertise in Java, Python, and Spring Boot, with experience in microservices and event-driven architectures.

The base salary for this position in Charlotte, NC ranges from $90k to $100k per year, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Java full-stack development.
• Strong knowledge of Core Java, OOP, collections, multithreading, and exception handling.
• Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data.
• Experience developing microservices-based applications.
• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Practical experience with Python programming and scripting.
• Experience developing Python services, automation scripts, data processing applications, or integrations.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and web application architecture.
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Knowledge of SQL, database design, query optimization, and ORM frameworks such as Hibernate or JPA.
• Experience with Git and source code management tools.
• Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud deployment practices.
• Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with Python to design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong backend expertise in Java, Python and Spring Boot, hands‑on experience with microservices and event‑driven architectures, and the ability to collaborate effectively with frontend, QA, product, and DevOps teams.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $90k - $100k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role
