Job summary

Fuller Technologies in Allentown or globally positioned seeks a Head of Sales to drive global sales for Pyro & Grinding equipment and integrated solutions. You will lead a high-performing team, cultivate senior-level customer relationships, and guide pursuit of complex opportunities up to 20M USD.

Reporting to the Head of Global Sales, you will shape strategy, align with Product Line Management, and collaborate with engineering, proposals, and regional teams to deliver sustainable, profitable

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or similar).
• 10+ years commercial experience in the cement industry.
• Proven success leading sales teams and securing high-value engineered equipment or system sales.
• Track record of selling complex, multi-component solutions up to 20M USD.
• Familiarity with export financing structures, ECAs, international contracting, and equipment warranty frameworks.
• Strong understanding of pyro-processing and/or grinding technologies highly preferred.
• Highly effective communicator with credibility at C-suite level in customer organizations.
• Skilled negotiator with strong commercial judgment and risk awareness.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance short-term sales execution and long-term customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Global Sales Leadership: lead and coach the global product and solutions sales team to achieve order intake, revenue, and margin targets.
• Strategic Customer Engagement: maintain executive-level relationships with major cement producers worldwide.
• Complex Solution Sales & Deal Structuring: lead commercial structuring of high-value projects (typically 5–20M USD).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: align customer needs with product strategy across regions.
• Team & Organizational Scope: manage senior sales managers and regional specialists.
