Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, a RTX business, seeks a Model Manager for the PW4000 program to lead cross-functional teams and address material constraints. You will drive risk mitigation, partner with suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery while guiding aftermarket strategies and program objectives.

The role requires strong decision-making, collaboration, and communication skills, with a focus on delivering results for complex aerospace projects on an onsite U.S. team in East Hartford.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in operations, engineering, program management and project management.
• Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience in operations, engineering, program management and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, fast-paced solutions that address material constraints and support program objectives.
• Identify and track top material risks; drive focused, cross-functional action plans to mitigate impacts to customers and MRO shops.
• Work with partners, suppliers, spare parts teams, engine centers, and overhaul facilities to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.
• Mitigate critical issues related to delivery, induction schedules, and shop visit progress.
• Establish processes, metrics, and goals to measure and improve MRO performance.
• Support development and execution of aftermarket strategies, including Sustainment, Aftermarket Strategy, and Partnership contract renewals.
