Job summary

Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Program Integration Manager to lead the Next Gen Fighter Engine Program at our East Hartford site. The role requires coordinating across engineering, operations, supply chain, contracts, and DoD stakeholders, delivering integrated master schedules and budgets while maintaining DoD-compliant processes.

The ideal candidate holds 8+ years in program management with proven leadership in a matrixed environment and must be eligible for U.S. government security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field with 8+ years of program management experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
• Experience with scheduling tools, program management systems, and formal reporting structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program integration for large or technically demanding military programs.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate integrated master schedules, cost plans, and program performance metrics.
• Coordinate execution across engineering, operations, supply chain, and external DoD stakeholders to ensure readiness.
• Identify and track key program risks; implement mitigation plans to protect delivery and mission outcomes.
• Oversee performance to cost, schedule, and technical baselines, ensuring compliance with DoD and company requirements.
• Prepare and lead program reviews, customer briefings, and internal leadership updates.
• Support new business efforts, including proposal development and cost estimating.
