Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Model Manager to support the PW4000 program. You will lead cross-functional teams to address material constraints, track risks, and drive actions that keep the program on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong decision-making, communication, and leadership skills across operations, engineering, and program management. U.S. citizenship is a typical requirement for access to program information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in operations/engineering/program management.
• Advanced Degree with 7 years of experience in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated, fast-paced solutions that address material constraints and support program objectives.
• Coordinate with partners, suppliers, engine centers, and overhaul facilities to ensure material availability.
• Mitigate delivery, induction, and shop visit scheduling risks and drive corrective actions.
• Establish processes and metrics to measure and improve performance.
• Support development and execution of aftermarket strategies and contract renewals.
• Develop strategies to achieve program objectives and manage reporting to leadership.
