This leadership position requires strong decision-making ability, teamwork skills, attention to detail, complete follow-through, and exceptional communication skills. A successful candidate will be proficient at bringing together the necessary supporting team to address strategic, tactical, customer focused, and programmatic issues to drive to a solution that meets the Program objectives.
Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience; Or Advanced Degree and 7 years of experience to include the following: Operations, engineering, program management and project management.
The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD.
